We currently use UPS International Shipping.
Three delivery attempts are made, on consecutive weekdays. If all three deliveries are unsuccessful, the product is returned to the website Distribution Center. For a new delivery, the cost of shipping is deferred to the client and there will be a new delivery deadline.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday during regular hours.
The authorization by the card administrator can take up to 72 hours.
It is not possible to schedule a time and date for your orders, it is the clients’ responsibility to track the orders progress through the order status link.
Every order is automatically expedited and will arrive within 3 – 4 business days
Our Customer Care team will try to assist you. Keep in mind, because we package and ship orders to be delivered as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee a change of shipping address.
Orders typically ship within 24 business hours of being placed. Once shipped, orders typically arrive 3-4 business days from the time they leave our warehouse. All orders will be delivered Monday-Friday.

All orders are shipped from our family run, state of the art warehouse in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. Returns will be approved after the order is reviewed, product with tags still affixed will be accepted.
We have a return flat fee of $9.99 to cover the special handling of our products.
